Cravings??

I am a first time mom, I am 5 weeks, I am not at that stage where I'm craving anything yet.. But I'd like to know from every mommy on Glow, what is the weirdest things you have been craving, from normal to just plain out weird!

I'm 9w6d and food is really not tempting to me whatsoever. I've been living on bland foods because everything I eat makes me gag or nauseous :( but baby keeps reminding me to eat every 1 to 2 hours! The only thing that has sounded good to me this week was Nachos :) and they were delicious!!!

I didn't have any till this week, then all of a sudden it hit me!! I'm 8 weeks 1day (according to u/s). 
​It's been cheesy mashed potato with gravy, melon, ice pops (normally don't like them or ice cream- too cold!!), pancakes (thin British ones-I'm from the UK!) and grapefruit! Today I made pancakes and squeezed the juice from 2 pick grapefruits and had them together...Sooooo good!!!

I never craved anything too weird. Mostly milkshakes and McDonald's fries. I had more food adversion than cravings. The thought of some foods made me sick!

Always always hated peanuts like they disgusted me, now I can't stop eating them ☺️

I craved potatoes, any way I could get them (still do). Spaghetti, Takis with spinach dip, Hot cheetos with a cherry pie, Mexican food. Peach cobbler, rootbeet float, and I believe that's it. I used to love sweet potatoes, pickles, and Turkey burgers  and now I cannot stand them.

I also really want Hayward pickled onions, but cos I'm currently living abroad I can't find pickled onions anywhere! I want nothing more than to mash them into those darn cheesy potatoes with gravy! Maybe with some mint sauce on too...! Argh!! Lucky hubby-he can't stand onions! Lol! x
