Nausea in the morning.

I've been waking up feeling nauseous for about four days now. I'm not sure when I actually ovulated but Glow said my fertile week was this week. Based on my cervix position it was either Wednesday or Thursday that I ovulated. There's no way the two are connected. Right? I feel like it's all in my head but every time my fiancé try's to mess with my stomach it makes me wanna vomit.
