Recurrent utis

So I am married and I get so many utis a year! My husband and I always use protection and I pee right after, even rinseoff! I am on antibiotics now and just go through them they do not seem to help. I have tried boricacid suppositories, more probiotics.. blueberry juice, cranberry pills I just am so tired of this! I pee so many times a night i havent slept in days. Any suggestions?! :(
