What day of your cycle do you ovulate?

This is our first month TTC but I’ve been tracking my cycle and taking prenatal vitamins for a few months now. Got off birth control pills recently. But my cycle is totally regular without the pill.

This month we have been using preseed and opk (clear blue) been testing since CD 10, testing twice a day 12 hours apart.

Glow said i should have ovulated today which is CD14 but i have yet to get any positive results on the opk! Is this normal? Is it possible to ovulate later in your cycle? Or is it possible that the ovulation test just didn’t detect it? Is it possible that i just won’t ovulate this cycle?
