When to call L&D?

I have a c section scheduled for next week BUT today I have been having contractions pretty regularly since 3pm. It’s now 8:30p. They’re about 4-5 minutes apart.. it starts in my back then goes to my stomach and pelvic bone area. 
I’ve been drinking, laying on my left side, and taken Tylenol 3 times today. The most recent time was an hour ago..

Why are you taking tylenol? call you doc or go to L&D.; I don't know why your doc scheduled a c- section but if it's because it's not safe for you to deliver vaginally, then you shouldn't take a chance.

Call. You definitely don't want to go into labor with your 3rd section. ..if you wait too long, there may not be enough time for spinal anesthesia and you may need general anesthesia.

So you haven’t had a contraction in an hour?

go in to l&d; now!! you do not want to be in active labour if you need a csection. if you are considering vbac then you still need to be monitored very closely during labour to watch for signs of rupture.
