Fever after 1 year old shots?

Update: Fever wasn’t from shots. It was from Roseola. Ugh. I knew something was off she has never had such a nasty fever after vaccines.  Trust your gut, mommies. 
My daughter just had 4 shots today for her one year old check up this morning. I just noticed her head was extra warm so I took her temp and it’s at 99.9. I know that’s not officially a fever but it’s pretty close so I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this? I think I’ll keep my eye on her and keep checking her temp and if it gets higher I’ll have to call a nurse line and see if I need to bring her into a hospital.

The 1st birthday shots were the worst for us. You can give Motrin. We never got fever but she was fussy and clearly not feeling great so we did Motrin. I would avoid the hospital this time of year. Not sure about your area but we are filled w flu and u don't want to expose unless needed.

Yeah my son has had a slight fever every time he's gotten shots and we just gave him Tylenol or Motrin at bedtime so he could sleep. At 6 months his fever did last the next day too but he never had any other symptoms so I just gave him Motrin every 6 hours.

Fevers are pretty normal after vaccinations. Did the Dr not go over side effects with you? Mine always says if they get a fever to give Motrin. Also I've been told in the past not to go to the er unless it's over 104° but to inform the drs office. With that being said though, it is flu season so I'd rather be safe than sorry.
