Cramping + backache

So for about the past two hours or so i’ve been having this cramping feeling right at the bottom of my uterus, i know baby’s head is down there but it feels like she’s trying to push her head out. they’re accompanied by backache and side pain. should i be concerned if this is the start of labor? i’m 39 weeks 5 days. it hurts so bad when it starts cramping, but it’s still bearable pain. i’m just so confused 😭😭
