Acne on the body?

One thing I’ve realized as I’ve grown up is that there isn’t like any media portrayal of people who get acne on their bodies (aside from the face, like chest, back, and bottom) and people who are portrayed with acne are usually an unliked or outcasted character.

It honestly makes me worried that it’s not common to have acne on your body, and I feel very insecure about it. My butt is not soft and smooth like they portray in media, it has acne scars. My chest to shoulder area (front and back) get pimples and blackheads and stuff all the time; I have spots all over my body because of it.

I’m just worried that when I have a SO they’ll not have acne on their body or judge me or something and it really really worries me.

How common is it to have acne on the body like this? :/
