Horny! Am i allowed to masturbate with a cerclage?

I had my cerclage at 15 weeks and had not had sex since December because my husband had travelled to a zika country  from 23 Dec - 5 Jan and could not take the risk? I masturbated once once the cerclage snd my stomach always hoes hard then softens.... am i risking baby? The doctors dint give a-lot of information on what i can fo or not....

I had mine placed at 14 weeks in May. My dr told me no sex or orgasms. I’m currently 36w3d. It can cause contractions and can pull on the stitch. Best to ask your dr first. I have heard mixed answers.

That’s totally normal to ask. I have a cerclage and im 27+2 and my doctor said its totally fine having sex or orgasam. We haven’t had sex in like months 😐 because were just scard & i do have orgasam maybe once in like 3weeks or a month, its super hard to control but i try to just ignore it as long as i can just to be on the safe side :) aslong as your not cramping alot or bleeding your fine 😌 if your doctor hasn’t given you any restrictions than you should be fine but just ask anyways because everyone’s different I personally dont have any restrictions.

I had a emergency Cerclage put in at 14wks with my twins. I would say to you it might not be a wise choice. One of the main reasons they don't want us to have sex is because having a orgasm causes our uterus to spasm. Which could trigger the body it you pre term labor.

I was told not to insert anything, fly, swim or sit in the bath due to infection risk. He said nothing about orgasms though...
