Not the right group but advice please

Ok I had a miscarriage at 4 weeks 2 days Friday gone, cramps in my back tummy and my bum that stopped on Sunday evening, I had like a weird feeling during this that i have never felt before when it happened and the bleeding just didn't stop, it's now been 2 days since the bleed had stopped and gone really light basically spotting but recently I have noticed that when I have a cramp I am having brown bloody discharge, is this normal part of a misscarriage or should I see my doctor, this is my first so I have no idea what to expect :/ :( also how long does my tummy stay tender for please every now and then I feel a slight twinge of pain down there xx
