When I went in for my first ultrasound I found out I have a cyst on my right ovary, it was the size of a golf ball. At first I was worried about it and what it could do to the baby but my doctor reassured me that the baby will be fine. I went in for another ultrasound on the 18th and got told it had grown. I've been experiencing some pretty sharp pains on my right side where the cyst is. I have no bleeding or anything like that, just sharp pains. Is this normal? Oh, I'm a first time mom as well. I plan on talking to my doctor about it on the 8th, my next ultrasound is then. I also want him to measure it again to see if it's getting bigger and see what's going on.
