confused.. 😔 has anyone had this happen and what was your out come..

hey all please help. i have a big question... so I normally have a 7-8 day period and it's always very heavy. but this month it only lasted 3 days and wasn't as heavy. do you think it's cause I hang out with my husband's best friends new girlfriend every now and then it's not like everyday it was like fer a solid week once then maybe once a week fer the past 2 months. er could I be pregnant?
