touchy subject

so when I had my son we had complications so due to that he wasn't able to be circurmzied then when I took him to get it done at 1 month they told me unless it's done at birth they recommend waiting till a year so then I was on the fence I didn't want to put my baby thru that just being put under scares me so now he's 3 no problems well now I'm pregnant with baby number 2 and if it's a boy I don't want him to be circurmzied when his brothers now but I feel they will hate me for it if I don't I've talked to other men who r and they said absolutely get it done I've talked to a man who isn't he is fine with it now but he hated it growing up very self-conscious about it what would u do I also know a 4 year old that had just gotten his and they said it wasn't that bad he was walking around happy after a few hrs just a little sore please I know some are totally against it I'm just looking for advice
