Is this domestic violence?

I am 19 years old and I am married. I got married at 18. My husband is incredibly mean and short with me. He fusses a lot when our puppy who is only 17 weeks old pees on the floor. This morning he came in from work and there was some pee. He was super upset with me. I got on edge and said “don’t yell about it I will clean it up.” He then grabbed me and pushed me up against a wall and pulled on my shirt. Then he grabbed my shoulders and threw my wrists. He also grabbed my face to make me look at him. I am extremely frightened and worked up.
