The truth they don't tell you

8th grade was when I finally started sex ed. Basically the teacher made it seem like if you even looked at a penis you'd end up pregnant. In high school they preached abstinence because again pregnancy happens so easily. All around me there were pregnant teens, hell even my whole family is full of them. I am the first one to make it into adulthood without an accidental pregnancy. My SO and I had a Miscarriage last year first pregnancy and we are now ttc. School, Friends, parents, textbooks all make it seem like pregnancy just happens so easily. What I'm learning is its not, its a lot of stress, anger, fear, work, calculating, etc.
