Unsure how to feel

I am currently pregnant, I have always been a little overweight but my stomach only had a small pudge at the bottom, I originally tested because my husband said you look like your pregnant, Tested and it was positive, Went to the doctor and even my doctor thought I was farther along then I am but baby is on track and my uterus is just expanding bigger than average women at this stage. Says I got lucky to show early and my baby having more room but we haven’t told people and I’ve been hiding because everyone I come into contact with knows immediately but I’m only 9 weeks. Doctor says it’s all fine but I feel weird and disappointed when I have to say no I’m only 9 weeks.... btw I do the sucking in test and can’t and my stomach is firm not soft.
