Major skin issues please help?!

Hiii!! So I really shouldn’t complaining Bc so far I’ve had a pretty good pregnancy and the baby and myself are perfect and healthy. HOWEVER where this pregnancy glow??? I never had the bestttt skin but ever since I’ve been pregnant it’s been the worstttttt I’ve ever had. Cystic acne like woah- it hurts and it’s very embarrassing. All over my chin especially. I just recently started my 2nd trimester and it doesn’t look like it’s it’s better at all. Any tips to help? Advice? I’ll try anything at this point!
