steps on how you do your full contour/make up

I usually do:

put on lotion on my face

put creamy contour/concealor

foundation(estee lauder full double wear )

cover girl translucent powder (115)

eyeliner

mascara

lipstick

when I do this sometimes I see those weird marks on my face or its too dry

how can I make my face look really nice and pretty

or maybe on camera just makes us girls look flawless?

edit: I have a palette that you could make it as a contour or a concealer but it is a creamy type
