Possible implantation? (No tmi)

I'm 11dpo and AF wasn't due for another 3 days. When using the restroom tonight I had a pretty fair amount of red blood, but I was surprised because I haven't had any cramping or other symptoms that I usually get before AF, and now I'm not bleeding anymore. I read online that although implantation bleeding is usually very light and more pink in color, that it can sometimes be heavier and red. Not sure if I'm grasping at straws here so I'd love to hear other's thoughts. Thanks!
