Dry skin/blister on 8 mo hand?

I found this on my daughter’s hand just a little bit ago. She’s had dry skin in that spot on her hand before but now it looks like there’s a blister too? Any ideas what it could be? Just dry skin or something more?

Eczema. My daughter gets it on her hands too with blisters when it’s super dry. She’s 8 now and the absolute eat lotion we have found for it is CeraVe which was recommended by her allergist. Try to limit hot baths and lotion her EVERYDAY! Also a good eczema wash will help. I use Shea moisture eczema bar. Poor sweet pea I hope it clears up soon!

My brother had that when he was young because he always had his thumb in his mouth and would chew it. He’s 12 years old now and he’s got a pretty big callous in that spot since he would do it all day at school and my mom didn’t realize since she corrected it at home.

My girl had that too. She was used to chewing on her fingers but when she got her two bottom teeth she was scratching herself with them. Eventually she figured it out and stopped
