7 week ultrasound - Does it look ‘normal’?

Just wondering if you think my 7 week ultrasound pics look normal? After the sono lady found the heart beat (101bpm) and said that it’s very low to what it should be. She then stopped replying to our questions and didn’t say another word throughout the scan. When I asked at the end if everything was okay she said “That’s not for me to say, your doctor will be in contact!” Then she left the room. So I’m just a little worried something may look like it shouldn’t?
