BD daily during fertile wk?" /> Me and the hubby, it depends how we feel but we BD almost daily,  sometimes on the end of AF with  [softcups] but what do yall think every day cause I'm not good at checking my cervix but glow and I had it right this month...

If you BD daily, you'll be introducing weaker sperms who are likely to fail and die or not have enough strength to get into the egg.

It takes 24 hrs for sperm to regenerate, so lots of people do it everyday of their fertile week (or even everyday of the month) and still get pregnant. If he has a low count, every other day is best.

I've read a couple articles online that said sperm regenerates in a 24 hour time frame. So I don't think it's bad to BD everyday during your fertile week. Me and SO BD everyday regardless. Haha
