We had retrieval on Saturday to learn we had 11 eggs, 9 mature. A phone call came on Monday to say ALL 9 were fertilizing "perfectly." So after 2 days, our spirits were pretty high. Our 5 day call came this morning to learn that one was ready for cryopreserving and the other 8 are still being "cultured." After googling a bit tonight, I'm learning that 6 day blasts is not necessarily out of the ordinary. Does anyone have a reassuring story and/or can relate? Everytime we get news it seems one more waiting period is added. I appreciate any insights!
