Pregnant after abortion?

About 4 or 3 weeks ago i had sex we did use a condom but it broke but he did not cum before of after we had sex as the guy said. But all week i felt as if i were pregnant again i didnt know wether i couldve taken a hpt or not because i heard it'll still show up positive from your last pregnancy. And i didnt know if i was pregnant or not (so then if i was this one would be my second) till today i was with a couple of friends at her house and we went out to get food and then i felt that i was bleeding. I then ran back to my friends house and to see i had bled heavy and there was a clot. And just continued to bleed heavy and have really bad cramps as if i were having my abortion all over again. I even fainted like how i did from my first pregnancy and had low blood pressure like my first pregnancy too. Would it be possible i was pregnant again?? And lost the baby naturally? I wouldnt be able to handle another loss. Please dont judge by my choice of abortion i did love my baby, my ex and i weren't financially stabled and other personally reasons.
