20 week US choroid plexus cyst

We just had our 20 week US yesterday. It was wonderful to see our little McNugget again. Everything looked great as they said and all blood work thus far for Baby has come back with better numbers and lower risks than the averages for women much younger than me as I’m 35 and considered advanced maternal age. They did however find a cyst in the brain and while they said with no other markers for trisomy 18 and all test for it being negative they considered it a benign finding and not to worry about it it would resolved on its own normally by 28 weeks.

I do feel good. I love my doctors and the practice. They’ve all been so kind and caring and thorough thru all my pregnancies. This is my third I have 8 year old twin boys and our youngest trailing them is also a boy age six.

I didn’t want to show any worry in the office because when I worry my husband freaks but inwardly I had a little panick attack.

Has anyone else has this and it turned out ok? I’m reading online and it does seem like in majority of cases it goes away and Baby is happy and healthy at birth. But I’m a worrier....

Any personal testimony would be much appreciated.

Btw our McNugget is a girl! After three boys we have a girl! I’m excited and thrilled for my boys who have been praying for me not to bring them home another brother lol
