This is weird right?

Ok so I found a home daycare provider I absolutely love and had good vibes about...she seems awesome, she speaks 3 languages, she exclusively takes babies (so she only has 4 babies at a time and no other older kids), and her prices rock which is tough to find in Orange County.

last night I went to drop off the deposit and all was good until she asked me if when the baby was born she could come to the hospital and meet him.

Like. What??

I politely told her it’s going to be family only at the hospital but once he’s got the go ahead to be out in public I would love to bring him by her house so she can meet him (and my older son too) and maybe we can get him acclimated a bit just with a visit or two.

But....That’s weird right? Do I chalk it up to an overly enthusiastic and sweet lady or is she a baby snatcher 😖😖

I’m being somewhat lighthearted about it because I still like her and that was the only thing that was odd, but I wanted to hear what Other mom’s thoughts were on this. I’ll admit with two weeks to go my hormones are a bit wacky. 🤗
