Second pregnancy is going rough!

Got pregnant pretty quick after the birth of my son. three months to be exact. I am 27+4 and I have being diagnosed with Cholestasis and my sciatic pain is bad this time around. So much so that it just hurts to walk, to sit, to lay down. Then yesterday went to the perinatal doctor and I have higher than average amniotic fluid, so now there is a worry about possible diabetes. I had none of this in the first pregnancy. Just the back pain but it was manageable. Just feeling a bit beat up.
