CD39 , negative tests , no period , what's wrong with me !

I'm on CD39 , no period , negative tests , I already have a 5 year old son & have the pregnancy symptoms , maybe I'm in to deep on TTC that my minds playing tricks on me , ready to call it quits and give up! I don't know what else to do !
