Why are my boobs leaking this much milk? I’m bleeding bright red blood also, been having horrible cramps past 2 days, last AF (Aunt Flo - menstruation/period) was 3 weeks 1, they’ve been leaking for past week but not this bad. Negative hcgs. I last gave birth 3 and a half years ago, never beast fed due to tinzaparin injections (blood thinners due to APS) so not allowed to breast feed

Any ideas at all?? What should I do?? Why is this happening?

We are actively TTC (trying to conceive) again though xx
