I need help

So this isn't related to sex, or anything.This is a serious problem I need help with.

My boyfriend is laying in bed, barley able to breathe. He has been having back pain for the past two weeks and he came home tonight and was naseous and said he had pain in his lower back. He is laying in bed and can't move, barley able to breathe, and crying about being in so much pain. We can't afford going to the ER. I don't know what to do and I could use some help please.
