Postpartum depression

I have been taking antidepressants for 6 months for my anxiety and depression. The medicine I’m on is safe to take while pregnant and nursing so my husband and I are currently TTC. Since I’m already taking antidepressants, can I still get postpartum depression/anxiety? This is one of my biggest fears. Please help! Also feel free to share your experiences and stories with postpartum depression/anxiety.
