Hard losing weight with pcos?

I had to go to Walmart to get these 5 star rated pills in order to lose the weight I wanted to but it's frustrating because I was in the gym losing weight by appearance and the scale showed increase before I began taking diet pills. Surgery is in 3 weeks so I hope that helps

Don't take pills. I have PCOS and can't lose weight either, but I work out and watch what I eat and I've lost over 20 inches off my body. I've come to terms with the fact that I may not lose the pounds, but I am healthier than I have ever been. Eat right and exercise. Your body will thank you.

You probably are! You have to remember muscle weighs more than fat, so you're more than likely losing fat, but gaining muscle! Don't be discouraged by the scale! I was in the same position as you as well. I wanted to lose weight, and I was actually gaining, I started doing herbalife and they do weekly scans, well they really get into it. You can actually see how much body fat you have lost, but how much muscle you have gained! It's frustrating because like you said, you want to lose weight but you aren't because of the muscle gain! Lol.
