I just use my hand. I couldnt imagine not rinsing 😝. Toothpaste has fluoride in it, which isn't meant to be swallowed, so I rinse. But I don't after mouthwash.

Actually. You're not supposed to rinse after you brush, regardless of if you do or don't use mouthwash. It just takes everything off. :)
