I need help girls!

I dont know whats wrong with me i have had sex for like a week straight but only once a day....for like the past two day my vagina has been burning but only when i pee and it burns my anus too and it hurts to wipe.....i have looked down there and all i see is redness around both my vagina and anus but no bumps or sores or no different colored discharge the only discharge that i have is a cottage cheese kind of discharge and i am terrified of what if could be.....can yall help me with this?
