Leave them because I deserve better and they have some serious maturing to do, eventually forgive them because they are human and we all make bad choices and must live with them

love can make you do crazy things 
when one of my ex’s cheated on me i was so incredibly upset. he cheated on me with my best friend which made it so much worse. and my best friend was dating his best friend so it was just a huge mess. all my friends and my ex’s best friend friends wanted us to get together to get back at them but i just couldn’t do it. i talked to the guy about what i was doing thru bc he was going thru the exact same thing. but i could never do that to them no matter what they did to us or me. i was so blindly in love with this guy that even after him showing off my best friend and them basically dating after, i took him back. stupidest thing. it took
my whole family and most importantly my step dad to step in and say what tf r u doing ?? it really took it more from my step dad bc he doesn’t get involved deeply in stuff like that. and he saw how upset i was bc the day after i went on a day out with him and my sister and i was just so down
my friends tried to talk me out of it too because i found out at a basketball game and i slept at one of my good friends house after and she saw how distraught i was. he kept texting me and i threw my phone across the room. he called me and i broke down and her sister had to yell at him and hang up for me
i eventually broke it off then and we started talking more a month or so ago but now he’s dating my cousin (who is my absolute best friend) but that’s a whole separate post
hopefully in the future i would just move on, but in the past love blinded me
