TTC and moving to NYC : would you do it?

Question

DH has the opportunity of a lifetime for a job in NYC. We live in the Midwest. We have a house, dog and cat, friends, jobs, and my parents live here. I never imagined raising my children anywhere but here. Now I'm starting to think that a change might be good!

Answer

We are planning on moving away in a year or so. We will be in the same state, but a few hours away from friends and family. I'm actually looking forward to a new adventure. I think it will bring us closer as a family.
