I’m on day 22 of a 30 day regular cycle. Had sex day 12 and on day 14. I felt myself ovulate about 3/4 hours after sex (I get the painful twinges every month) both times unprotected

For the last few days I’ve been feeling tired, my nipples are sore, I’m having cramps and feeling a bit sickly, one day constipation the next stomach still a bit iffy. No bloating... today I can feel my nipples becoming more sore but my boobs are so far fine, not swollen...

I don’t even know if I can have kids, am 34 and escaped this far, at this point I don’t know if I am making mountains out of molehills and overthinking, I could just be pmsing with a bit of a tummy bug....? I just feel like somethings a bit off...

When is it a good time to take a test? Could these be symptoms of early pregnancy?
