I'm 29 weeks and just noticed that I have diastasis recti. I know it's super common, but was just wondering if anyone knows if there's anything I can do for the rest of the pregnancy to keep it from getting worse?

Any tips on which exercises worked best for you post-pregnancy would also be greatly appreciated. TIA❤️️
