Early Miscarriage...

I took a pregnancy test and it was positive. I was so happy and I couldn't wait to tell my fiance that he was going to be a father as this was our first.Then I got cramps and they were awful and when I started to bleed I knew that I had lost the baby. He knows and he's being supportive but I just don't know what to do. I just feel empty and lost and angry and sad. I just want to feel okay again.
