i use tampons rn but i’ve been trying to find something that might work better cause i can’t be getting up every couple hours ya girl got a heavy flow

I use a super plus tampon and pads aswell at same time

I have used diva cup, super Jennie, and Lena. diva is a firm large cup, so if you have a strong pelvic floor and high cervix it's good. the super Jennie is also great capacity, but softer than diva if you have a weaker pelvic floor, and the Len a is a bit shorter than both if you have a lower cervix and firm like diva. brands Like Pixie have a ton of different size options. I will never use a tampon again
