I'm about 4-5 weeks pregnant, and I have an appointment to see my doctor in about a week. I've been having some cramps on and off for the last few days, and I was wondering if anyone had some suggestions on how to ease them? I have a heating pad, but it's doing about all it can do, and I'm kind of nervous to take any acetaminophen or ibuprofen. Is there a vitamin or tea that might help? I'm already drinking 2-3 bottles of water a day. should I try to add something to my diet? I saw someone suggested going for a walk, but it's been raining heavily, and I just dont have the energy for it. :( I've also been warned not to take too hot baths, but warm is okay. what about epsom salts? could they relax the muscles, or should i avoid them? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
