Implantation bleeding?

Today is the last day of my ovulation week according to glow. My husband and I have been ttc. This is the first month we used Preseed to conceive. I’ve had cramping since Monday night. Today I woke up and used the restroom and this is what I seen. I wiped again and nothing. Nothing since. Could this have been implantation bleeding?

Update: this was only on one wipe. No blood on the second wipe. No more bleeding has occurred the rest of the day but this one wipe. Aunt flow isn’t due for another 13 days.
