Sick!

This completely is off the subject of periods but i’ve been sick lately. I had or i have i’m not sure a sinus infection. I got my antibiotic and took it all. But my nose is still stopped up,headaches,coughing,nausea and fatigue. Does this sound like the flu?? What do you guys do to help you feel better when your sick? Please let me know below i feel like shit 24/7 and i look sick too. Please help me down below
