FTM, nervous 😟 Help!

Had a little spot of bright red blood after peeing today. I’m 22.5 weeks and have had some abdominal pain today (not super bad, just slight here and there) but also had sex with my husband last night (about 1am, spot happened around 5pm). Is this normal? Should I be worried? Still feeling baby move but I know google is all just scary stuff and I could be thinking the worst when it’s nothing. Help please!
