Curious what everyone’s opinion is for having a sprinkle of you are having a second baby of the opposite sex?

HATE them. Strongly. But I am in the minority now I think. People want shit.

Every baby deserves to be celebrated! Have a shower and register for what you need, especially if it's a different gender!

I am the minority too. I think of course if you want to have a party, children are to be celebrated and if ppl wanna bring something they can, but I personally wouldn’t register for stuff.

I’m pregnant with my third and we’re having a different gender. Just found out I have 3 showers coming my way. Granted it’s been 6 years since my last but still.

Baby and kids stuff is so gendered now (it wasn’t decades ago when there was arguably far more sexism) because these billion dollar baby industries want you to buy two of everything—one pink, one blue—instead of just one red, yellow, orange, green, or purple item. Over it and no fan of baby showers for siblings because it’s always just about gifts, not a “celebration.”
