Help ...

Started what I thought was my “period” Jan 28th. Okay that lasted for about a few hours. When I first whiped it was mostly brown with a little pink. So i put a pad on, the pad didn’t get full but It still looked like a period, blood mixed with brown but mostly blood. Put on a new pad and now I’m spotting brown. This is all from today. Could this be implantation? Can implantation be heavy?
