2m vaccines

before my twins had their shots one of my boys would cry at night extremely hard at almost the same time, it had just started like a week prior to the shots. Now he cries throughout the whole day extremely hard. I do give him the medicine his pediatrician gave us and nothing helps. People have told me he might have colic but i honestly don't think because my other twin had colic since born and it went away at a month and 2 weeks and they symptoms are not the same. What could it be ??
