I’m so stupid

I have PMDD so my partner has been through so much shit from me. I started taking SSRIs after nothing homeopathic would work. We were in the clear for about 3 months and then last Thursday began... I’m not even in the pms stage of my cycle and it was back to crazy me again 😭 I was so upset and disappointed. She told me to leave for the weekend to save our relationship, so I did. I just came back and said I don’t know what to do or how to fix it. She told me she was done trying if I am and that we are done. Im so devastated and sad. It’s been 9 years and she’s done and she won’t change her mind. I’m so stupid
