Please help!

I could really use some help! My period is 4 days late and it’s still no sign of AF! Im not even cramping and I’m pretty regular, the most I’ve been late is a day or 2. I took a test this morning with first morning urine and I got a negative. My cm is white & creamy, I’ve had a lot of gas and tender breasts and sore nipples (which I usually get around my period), I’ve also had a little bit of pink cm yesterday but no period came. Do you think I’m out this month? When did you get your bfp?
