Light bleeding

Last night before i took a shower i saw light pink and thought hey my period is coming. I’m 2 days late. I put on a pad after i showered and layer down for sleep. I woke this morning to use the restroom and there was no blood in the pad and none when i wiped. HELP ME SOMEONE!
